"Had a missing piece"
The box showed up damaged, and like I said, there ended up being a piece missing. Like I said, it was disappointing because I was expecting everything to be fine when it arrived.

"Pretty sure this puzzle is tougher than it looks"
I wasn’t sure at first if the pieces would hold up, especially with my kids grabbing at them and the usual spills on the table, but they’ve actually done really well. The pieces are nice and thick, and so far it’s survived more chaos than I expected.

"Great selection right away"
My first impression was really good because there were so many puzzles to choose from, and the one I had my eye on was actually in stock. That pretty much set the tone for the whole experience. I’m happy with what I found

"Really Thoughtful Packaging"
The box looked great when it arrived, and everything inside felt like it had been packed with real care. i think it says a lot about a company when they take the time to protect what they’re sending people.

"I really wanted to enjoy this puzzle, but..."
I really wanted to enjoy this puzzle, but it was just way too busy. After a while it stopped being fun and started feeling like another thing I had to get through. I’m kind of worn out from stuff that takes this much effort to enjoy, so this one just left me frustrated

"My order actually got here sooner..."
My order actually got here sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. It was packed well too, nothing weird or banged up. I kept checking the tracking here and there, mostly out of habit, and it updated just fine. it was one of those orders where everything just kind of went smoothly, which I always appreciate.

"Loved the picture… until I started building it"
The image itself was really nice and I was excited at first. Like, okay, this is going to be a relaxing one. Then the pieces started going together and my mood dropped fast. A lot of them felt loose or just slightly off, and a few cuts made me keep questioning whether they were even in the right place. I did finish it, but it turned from fun to frustrating quickly.

I got this as a gift for our family nights, and it turned out to be a great choice. The kids really enjoyed it right away, and it was easy for everyone to get into. Definitely a solid, confidence-boosting gift idea if you want something simple that brings everyone together.

"Support took too long to get back"
I had to wait a few days before I heard back from support, which was frustrating. By the time they replied, the answer didn’t really solve my issue either. I’m a bit cautious with stuff like this because slow support can turn into a bigger problem if something urgent comes up.

"I really love the style of the..."
I really love the style of the Dowdle Folk Art piece I got. The colors are warm and cheerful without being too loud, and there are so many tiny details that I keep spotting something new every time I walk by it. For some reason I specifically remember noticing a tiny little dog in the scene and laughing because it looked like it had an attitude. It just makes the room feel more fun and lived-in. Really happy with it.
